Your wedding may be intimate, but it should still feel meaningful, romantic, and complete.

The Rose Runners Valentine's Mini Wedding Experience gives you your own private ceremony and reception, complete with beautiful florals, a plated meal, wedding cake, professional photography, music, and all the details that make the day feel like a real wedding.

Rose Runners coordinates the venue, vendors, setup, transitions, breakdown, and cleanup so you can arrive, get ready, and enjoy your celebration. This is not a group ceremony or a shared reception. Each couple receives a private wedding experience.

Your Wedding Experience

Getting Ready

The bride may arrive approximately 45-60 minutes before the scheduled wedding time to prepare in the private bridal suite and dressing room. The groom or other partner will have a separate private getting-ready room.

Ceremony

You will have your own private ceremony with an officiant, wedding music, florals, and decor.

Photographs and Mocktails

After the ceremony, your photographer will capture couple portraits, family photographs, and group photographs. While pictures are being taken, guests can enjoy bottomless signature mocktails as dinner is plated.

Plated Dinner

You and your guests will sit down for a plated meal selected from one of our two wedding menus.

Cake and Celebration

Enjoy a traditional wedding cake-cutting moment, freshly prepared cake for you and your guests, your first dance, reception photographs, music, and time to celebrate together.

Each wedding experience lasts 2 hours and 20 minutes, with private bridal-suite time provided beforehand.

Choose Your Wedding Palette

Classic Valentine

Deep red, soft blush pink, white, and ivory. Floral inspiration includes red, blush, and white roses, white hydrangeas, and white Bon Bon mums.

Something Blue

Pale blue, white, and ivory. Floral inspiration includes pale-blue hydrangeas, white roses, and white Bon Bon mums.

Large decorative floral arrangements are created with premium, lifelike florals so they remain picture-perfect throughout the weekend. Each couple also receives a small fresh posy in the selected palette and one fresh boutonniere to take home and preserve.

Tuscan Menu

• Mediterranean stuffed chicken

One menu is selected for the couple and all guests. A vegetarian meal may be available with advance notice. Vegan meals are not available. Food allergies and other dietary needs must be disclosed when booking and will be reviewed with the caterer; accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

Your experience includes an elegant tiered wedding-cake presentation, a traditional cake-cutting moment, and freshly prepared cake plated for you and your guests.

Choose Your Signature Mocktail

Blushing Bride

White grape juice, dry ginger ale, and cranberry.

Blue Belle

White grape juice, dry ginger ale, and nonalcoholic blue curacao syrup.

Each couple selects one bottomless signature mocktail. This is an alcohol-free experience; outside alcohol is not permitted.

Professional Photography

Photography includes ceremony coverage, couple portraits, family photographs, group photographs, reception moments, cake cutting, first dance, and other key moments.

The booking agreement includes permission for Rose Runners and the photographer to use wedding images in their portfolios and marketing.

The Venue

Your wedding will take place at a private event property near downtown Mobile, Alabama, with indoor and outdoor wedding spaces, a private bridal suite and bathroom, a separate partner's room, ceremony and photography areas, and reception space.

Parking is available in the neighboring lot and on nearby streets. Complete venue, arrival, and parking instructions will be provided to booked couples.

Only five weddings are available for the entire Valentine's weekend.

Booking and Payment

• Package price: $3,750 plus applicable tax
• A 50% nonrefundable retainer of $1,875, plus applicable tax, is due when the agreement is signed
• The remaining balance is due January 1, 2027
• No payment plans are available
• Rose Runners absorbs credit-card processing fees
• The wedding service may be transferred to another couple
• Weddings take place rain or shine

The floral palette, dinner menu, cake flavor, and signature mocktail are selected at booking. Ceremony, first-dance, and other music selections are due by January 1, 2027.

Important Details

• The package includes the couple and up to 12 guests.
• Children and infants count toward the 12-guest maximum.
• Because the experience is intentionally intimate, the guest maximum is firm.
• Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled wedding ending time.
• Any personal decorations, outside vendors, or requested changes must be approved in advance.

Marriage Paperwork

Each couple is responsible for obtaining, accurately completing, and submitting their own Alabama Marriage Certificate and paying all required recording fees. An Alabama notary is included to notarize the couple's signatures. Rose Runners and the notary do not prepare, submit, or file marriage paperwork.

Reserve Your Wedding

With only five weddings available, submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a time. A reservation becomes official after the agreement is signed and the required retainer is received.
